Veterinary Portal

Veterinary services, Information, and Blog

Hello, welcome to the Veterinary Portal Page. Here you will find a list of services, offered by a Registered Veterinary Technician with ~10 years of experience in the field. Thank you for being here. I offer reliable veterinary support from a remote office. Services include over the phone (or video) conference calls for any duration amount (1 min to 3 hours). Available to answer any quick questions, time-consuming questions, or to address some of your pets needs. During my time as a vet tech, I provided over the phone pet health care, I also worked as a veterinary client service receptionist. Therefore I have the full scope perspective to first time or experienced veterinary callers and clients. Why should you have to call some random vet tech you found on the internet? Well.. I am the person you probably would have talked to already over the phone if you called a vet clinic for your pet care needs. A lot of times, your doctor may be busy with other clients and a vet tech would typically be there to support you. You can call if you have an emergency question, need advice, second opinions, or if you already have a personal pet journey that includes a lot of veterinary terminology that you just need help with. Topics include at home care instructions, euthanasia guidance, general information, medical translation, and more. I am affordable and experienced. Telehealth is becoming increasingly popular and I find it very useful because it tends to be a more comfortable setting for many people. It also saves time and can give you peace of mind. Give it a try! Put me to use!Disclaimer: This is not a replacement for veterinary care, if your pet is experiencing a life threatening emergency, please go to a physical location near you.
I also offer Veterinary medical translation services to veterinary clinics or buisnesses who need a spanish speaker. This was also something I was frequently doing while working at a physical location. I can help with translating discharge instructions, follow up communications, and live-communication during an appointment. Available for emergency cases using my telehealth line, and by appointments. If you use google translate, I can replace that for you or assist with giving you a second pair of eyes / proofreader. For those curious, I have experience working as a vet tech in Mexico, therefore my spanish-medical translation is guaranteed. My current MVZ/DVM references for this project are based in Mexico and the U.S.
Anyways, besides the promotional services I offer, I also wanted to create a space to use as a reference or resource to the general public. Veterinary public education. It is good to share knowledge and create stuff. Topics include veterinary research studies, C.E., veterinary news, blogs and more. This will be where I share some veterinary school projects. I would have loved to share some of my work when I was in Graduate school, so I want to try my best to do that now. I also provide educational presentations to indigenous communities with the help of my team in Mexico, so here is where you may see some of that work too, if you are interested.
Thank you for checking me out. I hope you enjoy the rest of this vet portal.
Cheers!
