Hola, Hi, y Kia Ora, welcome to the education portal. Here I will breifly list my personal education and invite you to join in, reach out, or just enjoy the topics and subject fields that I bring to you today. First, I want to start by saying: I am still a student, and I probably will be for a really long time. I also want to say that I have been a student, for a really long time. I also had to work full time, the entire time I was in Undergraduate and Graduate school. Sometimes I survived, sometimes I didn't. I also want to say, that I do not consider myself good at school, it just took hard work and learning about myself. Either way, follow along with me on this educational continum of mine (if you want). Or reach out if you would like to connect..I am here mostly for the younger generations who are just starting to enter college, current students, veterinary professionals, or anybody who can relate / is interested in my fields of study. My goal is to find younger me's or relatables, and help them in the best way that I can. Or to learn from you. I'm here for the small stuff and all the cool things inbetween. As a breif summary of what is below, I am a veterinary technician with two bachelors degree's, and a Masters degree. I am also currently pursuing my second Masters in Counseling Psychology, and a BVSc Veterinary degree at Massey University in New Zealand. By the way, yo amoo estudiar en Nueva Zelandia.. y quiero expresar el aprecio que tengo de tener la opportunidad de estar ahi. The ultimate goal of mine is to become a licensed therapist and veterinarian (LPC / BVSc). Whist also enjoying my life.If you know me in real life, you know that I travel slowly - sometimes due to finances or other duties. I have a section for that too by the way.. Enjoy this portal as you wish, read responsibly. I am also a shy person, so go easy. <3

Classes at Walden are remote/ distance, therefore I am able to complete this program while living in New Zeland.

Bachelors of Veterinary Science, BVSc., Equivalent to a DVM for U.S. based students. 2025-2030The expected graduation date for the BVSc, would be approximatley 5 years from now. I hope that during the next five years, I can make positive differences for others and myself. Check out my travel section to read a little bit about my journey in New Zealand so far and why I decided to move across the world (from North America to Zealandia) to study veterinary medicine.

Overall, looking back at the times when I was entering community college, to now have completed a Masters degree, I am grateful I chose to continue learning. Some of the challanges I faced are similar to many. Finances, resources, and finding balance. This educational journey of mine has came with many sacrifices, hardships, and occasional dissapointments. Either way, I recognize the privilage and design it takes to pursue these careers and I hope to carry this work far. I am so excited to connect with whomever is interested in working together. ●
